Types of bowling:

The ball used in all formats of cricket is made of leather, and its upper surface made shiny and smooth by applying bright polish on it. As the game progresses, the bright polishing of this ball descends from the ball, which makes the ball rough. Therefore, in the entire game, the ball thrower (bowler) has to bowl with two types of bowling.

One type of bowling with the new and shiny ball and the other type with the old and rough ball. Bowling with smooth type ball is called fast bowling or pace bowling, and bowling with rough type ball is called spin bowling. Here we will discuss in detail about these two types of bowling in all types of formats of the game.

1- Fast bowling:

This type of bowling can be done only in the game as long as the ball is glowing, so this type of bowling happens at the beginning of the game, there are different types of arts of bowling this type. By whom the batsman is dismissed which is the following.

Swing bowling:

In this type of bowling, after the bowler is thrown due to the ball being new, it moves or swings in the air before falling to the front of the batsman, causing the batsman to dodge.

What is meant with the outswing bowling in cricket?

An out-swinger bowler is bowled by holding the ball with the seam at an angle that the primary two fingers running on any side of the ball seam. The ball needs to be launched at 12 o'clock height.

The arms must circulate slightly in the direction of the left at following via and should push down for greater lower back-spin. Once the ball has worn on one facet the vibrant aspect should face the leg aspect and the seam toward first or 2d slip for swing.

The difference of pressure resulting from movement of air over the dull and shiny surface tends to push the ball to the left. The result is that the ball moves aside, or swings to the left. In case of a new ball factor the seam to the path of the swing.

The difference of the separation of air by the seam the ball moves away or offside from the batsman.

What is meant by inswing bowling in cricket?

When the bowler bowled the ball, he sews it to point slightly to the side of the leg. To help achieve this position the bending arm should be close to the vertical, perpendicular to the ear. In the release of the wrist, it should always be smooth to help transfer the back after the seam rotation.

The seam angle to its axis produces an aerofoil effect as the ball travels through the air, pushing it toward the leg. This is enhanced by the different air pressure caused by the movement of air over sensitive and slippery surfaces, which in turn move the ball to the side of the leg.

The result is that the ball turns, or enters towards the batsman. The difference in air separation is the seam and the ball moves in or legside of the batsman.

What does it mean to use yorker bowling in cricket?

In cricket, a yorker is a  ball (delivery) that hits the pitch around the tows of the batsman. When a batsman takes a familiar position. Yorker ball is likely a difficult delivery to fill as a mistimed delivery may result during a full or half volley lightly played by a batsman. Bowling yorkers is a technique often used by fast bowlers.
A quick yorker is one of the hardest types of cricket delivery to be played successfully because the bats have to be land down to the point of landing the ball - if there is a gap between the bat and the pitch, the ball can come inside and may hit the wicket.

What is the reverse swing?

Both Inswinger and Outswinger work as long as the ball is new, but as the ball gets old and loses its brightness and shape, it becomes difficult to swing the ball in any direction in a normal way. This type of condition usually occurs after about 30 overs in the match.

To swing the ball in this condition, the bowler shines the ball from one side (half part) and the other side (half part) becomes rough or less smooth, in which case the balls take a little more time and more swing than the normal, and also moves more degree the normal at the opposite direction. This type of Swingball makes it challenging for a batsman to bat on it.

How to bowl reverse swing?

If any bowler wants to deliver a reverse swing ball then he needs to grip the ball on the seams towards the slip's direction, with the rough side of the ball towards the off-side, the shiny side will be towards the leg-side which is the same as the ball is gripped to deliver for normal outswing delivery.

Thus if a bowler bowls an outswing, the reverse-swing effect will cause the ball to be automatically converted to inswing with delay, which is very difficult for a batsman to read, which becomes very fatal for any batsman.

It is said that Sarfraz Nawaz of Pakistan was the first to discover the art of reverse swing the cricket exchange and to this day,

Many bowlers can not pull it off. bowlers need to bow down and run hard with the bowls at their highest level. In addition, surface conditions such as field stiffness and amount of moisture in the air also help with this type of pace bowler

It is a type of spin in cricket in which leg spinner bowler bowls, the right arms of the rotating right hand, causing the ball to move from right to left when the ball fall on the pitch that is, away from the leg side of the right-hand batsman, in a cricket match.

The same kind of trajectory, which cuts from right to left when riding, when done by the left-arm bowler is known as the orthodox spin bowling.

Like all spinners, leg spinners pour the ball much slower than fast spinning. The fastest leg spinners will sometimes be up to 100 km / h. leg spinners usually use a flight differential by twisting the ball in the air, allowing for any aerodynamic effects of the ball spinning causing the ball to dip and turn before jumping and spinning  (usually called ‘turning').

While difficult to accurately bowled, a good leg-spin bolling is considered one of the most threatening types for batting because flying and sharp turns make the ball movement much more difficult to read and the batsman (though he or she the right-hand batsman) is more dangerous than the chance to penetrate the spins produced by an off-spinner.

What does it mean to be an off-spin bowler of cricket?

Off spin is a kind of finger turning bowling in cricket. The bowler that uses this method is called an off-spinner. Left-handed spinners are used with fingers to slide the ball from the left to the left of the leg (meaning to look into the batsman for the righthand, or away from the left-handed batsman).

This is in contrast to the leg-spin bowling where the ball moves the offside from the leg side to the other and is driven by a very different action.

The bowler that overlaps with the same action as the left-hand off-spinner is known as the orthodox bowler, While the other spinner has the same action as the off-spinner, the ball itself spins the other side.
