The One Day International (ODI) Cricket World Cup is an international championship.
Thi event is organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC) in separate categories for men and women.
Generally, it's organized over the span of every four years and nowadays is one of the most popular sporting events in the world.
It has been organized 12 times in different countries of the world So far and the next i.e 13th men's ODI World Cup will be organized in India in the year 2023.
