Note: Make sure very firmly all the ingredients are at room temperature before you prepare the Kadhai Paneer recipe :
To prepare Kadhai Paneer Dhaba style Recipe you can be used on any of the Gas stove, Heater, or Induction hot plate.
Take a pan pour a little oil 2 teaspoons oil After the oil is heated then add sliced one onion's small wedges and sliced one capsicum's small wedges, sauté the whole material for about 2 minutes.
When you can see the onions are transparent, turn off the heat and take off this material from the pan and keep it in a separate bowl.
Put the same pan again on the stove add whole butter 250 grams of paneer cubes pieces to fry it till it's nicely golden brown color the paneer pieces are fried to a nice golden brown color. Turn off the stove and take out the fried pieces of paneer in a plate and keep it aside.
To make the masala for the kadhai paneer recipe, turn the stove on again and put a kadhai on it for heat.
Then 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of peppercorns, a small piece of cinnamon, 2 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 4 cloves, and two pieces of whole red Chili to add to roast spices for about 2 minutes on medium heat until you get a nice roasted aroma.
Cool this mixture and make it into a fine powder through a grinder.
Then add two tablespoons of butter in the same kadhai, When the butter is heated properly then add the six large garlic cloves, the 1-inch piece of ginger cut into the pieces, 2 onions thinly sliced, 3 tomatoes chopped into the pieces.
Cook this for about 5 to 8 minutes on medium flame Until the tomatoes are cheeked and the rest of all vegetables and spices are cooked.
Turn off the stove and cool the mixture, then grind to it for a good fine paste.
Then in the same kadhai, add one tablespoon refined oil and one tablespoon butter adds the ground onion and tomato paste if there is a little bit of masala sticking in the kadhai you just poured a little bit of water and cleaned it up.
Cook this pest till the masala paste thickens when you can see all the excess moisture is evaporated, and it's come to a nice thick mass, Now you add all the grounded, roasted and dry spice powder into it, that is about approx two tablespoons.
After that add 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, one pinch of orange color, 1 teaspoon salt, Or as per your taste. Mix everything together after some time you can see the paste has reduced beautifully, and its oil is beginning to separate.
Now, this is a time to add the fried vegetables which were kept in a separate bowl that is the capsicum and the onions. Then add two cups of water in it and keep the stove on medium flame and let the gravy cook for about 10 minutes.
After the gravy is cooked for about 10 to 12 minutes, you can now see that the oil has started separating from the gravy.
Now add all the pieces of fried paneer in it and after cooking all the ingredients in slow flame for two minutes, turn off the stove. After a few minutes, add one tablespoon of fresh cream and one teaspoon crushed kasoori methi and properly mix it.

Ingredients for Kadhai Paneer Dhaba style Recipe:
Dry Ingredients:
- Whole Red chili two pieces of medium size.
- Bay Leaf - 2 no's (Tez Patta )
- Cloves - 4 no's
- Cinnamon - 2 stick (Dal Chini )
- Orange Color - A pinch ( Food color orange )
- Coriander seeds 1/2 teaspoon (Dhaniya)
- cumin 1 teaspoon (Jeera)
- Kasoori methi - one teaspoon (Gently crushed )
- Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon (Kali Mirch)
- Salt - As per your requirement
Vegetable Ingredients:
- Capsicum - 2 no's (Shimla Mirch)
- Onion - 3 Nos (About 250 grams)
- Tomato - 3 Nos (About 250 grams)
- Ginger - 1-inch piece.
- Garlic - six large cloves (Lehsun ki kali)
- Green coriander leaves (Hara Dhaniya )
Wet Ingredients :
- Cottage Cheese- 250 grams (Paneer)
- Fresh cream - one tablespoon
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Refined cooking oil

Preparation for making Kadhai Paneer Dhaba style Recipe :
- Cut all Cottage Cheese (Paneer) into small pieces of 1-inch or according to your requirement.
- Cut the all Capsicum into about 1-inch pieces.
- Cut the 2 Onions into about thinly sliced pieces.
- Cut the 1 Onions into about 1.25-inch pieces.
- Cut all Tomatoes into about 1-inch pieces.
- You gently crush the leaves of Kasuri methi for the use it's later.
